Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly positioned, just a short stroll from the beach and near various dining options. The rooms strike a balance between being cozy and spacious, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. While the breakfast could use a bit more variety, the experience overall is delightful, especially considering the value for money. I had a lovely stay and would gladly return.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the north pier and central pier attractions, pubs, and restaurants. The only downside was having to go up and down stairs, but overall, it's recommended and worth going back to.
The hotel's rooms were spotless, exceptionally clean, and I will definitely stay again in the future. They were super comfortable, very clean, lovely, and made me feel very welcome. However, the price could be more competitive. The service was wonderful, friendly, and helpful, especially about the local area. The staff were very understanding and helpful around our son's autism and needs. The location was ideal for us, only a short walk to the winter gardens and the north and central pier, as well as the shopping center and other amenities. It felt safe and welcoming. The dining experience was fabulous, and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel even catered to my 5-year-old fussy daughter with bacon and sausage butties which she loved. The facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great stay with some minor pricing concerns.
